  • We are not involved in any transactions between users and do not act as an agent for either party.

  • LuxeonCars does not guarantee the quality, legality, authenticity, or performance of any vehicle listed.

  • Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence and transactions.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use false or misleading information when registering or listing vehicles.

  • Post illegal, counterfeit, fraudulent, or stolen vehicles or materials.

  • Manipulate vehicle prices or interfere with other users’ listings.

  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or attempt to disrupt the platform.

  • Engage in harassment, offensive behavior, or illegal activities through the platform.

5. LuxeonCars Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove or suspend any listings that violate these Terms.

  • Restrict or terminate user accounts at our discretion.
